With a career spanning close to three decades, Mark Knight is without doubt one of the most influential people in dance music. Grammy-nominated and the second highest-selling Beatport artist of all time (with no less than ten No.1’s), Mark has released on some of the most revered dance labels in the world including BBE, Stereo and Saved, and founded one of the most successful dance music companies of all time in Toolroom, which marks 18 years in the businesses in 2021. 

Drawing crowds in the tens of thousands at venues worldwide including elrow, Crssd Festival, Space Miami, Studio 338, Warehouse Project, Womb Tokyo, Exchange LA, and Amnesia Ibiza, Mark truly is a global act. Mark has also remixed some of the biggest names in music with significant crossover success, including Dido, Florence and the Machine, Sg Lewis and U2. Across all his various projects, there are few artists that have contributed more to the legacy of electronic music than Mark Knight. 

Armed with a musical library that knows no boundaries, a consistent run of hits and chart-topping ventures alike, the success of Mark’s recording career is matched only by the credibility and integrity maintained throughout his discography to date. Heard through a spread of anthems (Man With The Red Face, Alright, Downpipe, All 4 Love) along with producing bands such as Faithless and Underworld has sealed a diverse musical heritage for the accomplished producer. Mark's musical history is entrenched is soul and hip hop. Growing up in the late 80’s and early 90’s, every evening was spent by the radio listening the shows of Froggy, Greg Edwards and a very young Pete Tong - either taping music or writing titles down from the likes of The BB&Q and Leroy Burgess through to the mind- blowing productions of jam & Lewis and the very early house sound of Ten City. He would then take these playlists to Blue Bird or Trax in London’s Soho on a Saturday afternoon, slowly building a catalogue of music that has been the foundation of his musical career.

Alongside his bountiful studio output and DJ appearances, Mark has continued to grow his radio presence. His weekly hosted show on Toolroom Radio is syndicated globally,  reaching over 15 million people in 60 countries across the world, while in 2021 Mark was invited to host his own weekly Friday night show on Kiss FM, one of the UK’s biggest national stations and one of only a handful of high-profile DJs to be awarded his own show. In 2019, Mark also started to host a monthly Saturday night slot on Mi-Soul Radio, taking over from Paul ‘Trouble’ Anderson who sadly passed away in late 2018. 

Running the first Saturday of every month, his Mi-Soul show affords him the opportunity to tell the story of his musical history across two hours, celebrating the legacy and influence of artists like the pioneering Paul Anderson who was instrumental in him pursuing a career in music in the first place. 

Inspired by digging back into his musical history for his Mi-Soul show, in 2020 Mark released what has already become one of the biggest records of his career. Going back to his soulful roots, the aforementioned All 4 Love was a collaboration with Rene Amesz and Tasty Lopez which became firmly lodged on the Radio 1 A list for six weeks with worldwide success following soon after. 

Picking up more than 10 millions streams on Spotify it was without doubt one of the biggest house records of the year. Also in 2020, Mark released If It’s Love - a joyous celebration of a soulful house sound that came to prominence in the 90s – and Tonight, which took inspiration from the brisk, looping, filtered house music of the early 00s.

These releases paved the way to Mark’s new studio album, set to be released in summer 2021. An homage to the soulful, vocal-led house music that Mark first fell in love with in the 90s, the album features collaborations with the likes of Beverley Knight, The London Community Gospel Choir, Shingai (Noisettes) Michael Gray, Robert Owens and many more, and aims to set a positive, life-affirming tone with a focus on real instrumentation and properly crafted songs that will stand the test of time. 

Mark also remains a firm fixture on the worldwide club and festival circuit, with a number of key residencies around the world as a headline artist as well as touring under the Toolroom banner. With all this in mind, it’s no wonder the Toolroom founder has deservedly maintained his status as an indispensable asset to modern dance music.

Kitty’s latest single ‘The Answer’ (with AWEN) is indicative of her progressive outlook. A commentary on the tide turning towards women who DJ, it’s a call for genuine equality and solidarity, over mindless box ticking. As always, empowerment is at the core of Kitty’s messaging. The single is the first from an extended project, which is still in development and promises to be an exceptional body of work when it lands in 2025. Since she first stepped into the world of DJing in 2009, Kitty’s passion and love for African sounds have been central to her growth and evolution as an artist. Surrounded by esoteric music in her youth (her dad was a sound engineer for afrobeat music collectives), Kitty’s childhood grounding permeates into her spellbinding sets today. Drawing onthose formative influences, she conjures up the mystical power of her own heritage and the lineage that emanates from the Motherland. Deep hypnotic basslines, spiritual chants, soulful vocals, uplifting melodies and tribal rhythms captivate audiences new and old with every performance. In London, during the 2010s, she cultivated a tight-knit community around her parties Sessions and Motherland. Motherland was featured in Mixmag in 2019 and the following year Kitty became one of the magazine’s cover stars, launching her onto the world stage. 

Since that pivotal moment, all the years of tireless work and commitment to the afro sound have been the catalyst behind a long list of career-defining achievements: the first female afro house DJ to play Glastonbury in 2023, a brand partnership with Nike, a show-stopping appearance at Hi Ibiza with Vintage Culture and Fisher, a residency on Rinse FM, the launch of Mahaba Music, a 30-date World Tour and her incredibly personal and vulnerable documentary “Who Is Kitty Amor?” (which was picked up by the prestigious Iris Prize Festival). Kitty has been championed by some of the world’s most influential tastemakers including Benji B, Tiffany Calver, Pete Tong, Arielle Free, Fraser T Smith and Afrodeutsche. She has recorded sets for BBC Radio 1, Mixmag Lab, DJ Mag HQ, Triple J, Apple Music and Resident Advisor, alongside a live set on Channel O, a national television station in South Africa -the nation that has been intrinsic to her artistic development. Kitty’s connection toSouth Africa runs deeper than words can express. At the heart of her sound is the vibration of SA and its vibrant culture, combined with the energy of her hometown, London and, of course, the rest of Africa. 

Representing the music from across the continent and her city, while also becoming a figure of inspiration for black and queer women, puts Kitty in an influential position and she takes the 

responsibility very seriously. Her desire to inspire, lead and platform others demonstrates an element of selflessness that is both admirable and vital. This can be seen in the signings to her label, Mahaba, launched in conjunction with electronic music powerhouse, Defected, the music she plays in her sets and her public advocacy of underrepresented artists, labelsand nations. It’s her life’s mission; to showcase and promote inclusivity while empowering those who are often excluded from electronic music spaces. Cross-pollination is a key part of this mission; introducing the afro sound to unexplored dance floors and club spaces across the globe. Her appearance at Fisher’s party at Hi Ibiza, for instance, or performing alongside SG Lewis in New York and Eats Everything’s History Of Rave party at the Stonebridge tent at Glastonbury. It’s about taking the sound to people who may not be familiar, with positive reactions every time, which helps to grow the global following. 

At every step of her journey so far, Kitty has honoured her African heritage. This can be heard permeating through her sets, which many observers comment have a unique vibe, distinct to Kitty herself and her curating skills. It’s also evident throughout her discography, since her debut on Get Physical -‘Khoisan’, a collaboration with Thakzin through to the stunning ‘I Saw An Angel’, which was another massive milestone for Kitty. The track, written alongside the Nigerian singer-songwriter Somadina, received a major-label release via Warner Music Africa and Parlophone Europe. Her debut solo release, also marked the debut of her label Mahaba Music. ‘Solitude’ was a collaboration with the vocalist Nathan Nicholson, and it marked a big step in Kitty’s creative development. Perhaps highest on Kitty’s own list of production achievements is her remix of the iconic ‘Hey Hey’ by Dennis Ferrer. Produced with close friend Da Capo for Defected’s 25th anniversary celebrations, the track has a special place in her heart, thanks to its anthemic status for London’s clubbing community, in particular. Playing back-to-back with Da Capo at Ultra Festival in South Africa, and being able to play the remix there, kicked off Kitty’s epic 2024 in style. 

Touring the world is now a regular occurrence for Kitty. Her tour diary is packed with high-profile gigs, giving her the perfect platform to showcase the afro sound to new audiences. Her ever growing list of standout performances includes appearances at Skepta and Jammer’s Mas Tiempo events and sets at Printworks, Hï Ibiza, Ushuaia, KOKO, Fabric, Tresor, Watergate and The Warehouse Project, through to festival appearances at Glastonbury, Voodoo Village, Big Smoke Festival, Lost Village, TRIIP Festival, Exit Festival, Tomorrowland CORE Defected Malta and Ultra South Africa in both Cape Town and Johannesburg.

June 2022 saw Swedish Pop duo Icona Pop collaborate with Ultra for a revised version of Free, titled You’re Freeand aptly released on Ultra Records. In July 2022 Ultra gave a historic performance of Freeat a sold out Wembley Stadium for the Women’s Euro 2022 final, alongside Becky Hill and Stefflon Don. French national broadcaster Radio FG added Ultra to their regular DJ roster of dance music superstars with a monthly residency. Upon his arrival in NYC via ATL in the 90’s, Tedd established himself as a rising star in the underground dance music scene. As the In-house record promoter at Emotive Records and then at Liquid Groove, Tedd helped both labels become established as the ones to watch and while doing so, Tedd began his own journey onto the main stage representing House Music worldwide. 

After numerous guest spots at some of New York’s most famous clubs like Limelite, Club USA, Tunnel, Save The Robots, and others, Tedd was handpicked by Leslie Doyle for The Magic Sessions alongside all-stars Louie Vega and Tony Humphries. His specific sound made him a pivotal player at the party and exposed him to a worldwide audience. Legions of fans followed as well as the release of “Sessions Twelve (The Magic Sessions)" compilation on Defected Records. 

His signature party “Vibal” earned him a 13 year residency at the award-winning club Cielo. Tedd served his loyal fans in New York while making time to headline at some of the worlds best clubs: Ministry Of Sound in London, Panorama Bar in Berlin, Pacha Ibiza, Stereo in Montreal, and he created a massive following in the South of Italy, where he still returns each year. 

As a DJ, Producer, and Remixer, Tedd has made equally impactful appearances on celebrated, taste making labels like Defected, Strictly Rhythm, Nervous, Stereo, Junior, Unquantize, and Rekids, to name a few. His collaborations with Pete Heller, Eric Kupper, and Iberian heavyweights Chus & Ceballos have become house classics. Stateside, Tedd is a reoccurring player at Ladyfags’ Battle Hymn party in NYC, often in rotation at Brooklyn's House Of Yes and a few other NY Underground hotspots. He’s a fan favorite when his Horse Meat Disco family comes to town. And is sometimes a featured player at Glitterbox.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Miami, Florida, Abel Aguilera has always had a passion for House Music. He was given his first pair of turntables and a mixer at fifteen years old and within a year, was spinning high school parties, sweet sixteen’s and weddings. Soon enough, he was spinning career defining Miami nightclubs including Club 1235, Waterfront, Paragon, Salvation, Club Space and he also had a radio mix show on Miami’s Super Q FM 107. 

Abel’s profile among the nightlife community skyrocketed in March of 1992 with the opening of Paragon in South Beach, Miami. South Beach was the epicenter of the U.S. circuit scene, Paragon was the undisputed crown jewel, and Abel reigned supreme as the club’s resident Saturday night DJ. Partiers reveled at Abel’s explosive blend of heavy tribal beats, diva anthems, and retooled classics and with his new status, Abel enjoyed a plethora of headlining offers from clubs and parties from around the world. He expertly selected the best opportunities and by the time Salvation closed its doors in 2001, Abel had solidified his position among the elite after-hour DJs. Along with his production partner, Chicago-based Legendary DJ, Ralphi Rosario, had produced the “Grammy Award Nominated” production and remixing team, Rosabel.
